So far, the only thing that's done it has been to remove ENB.
I have tried different presets (including the default with the most recent version of ENB), different versions of ENB, even tried the Readius mod to see if that made a difference. Whenever I open the pip boy everything but the screen goes black and the brightness goes up a few notches. Currently trying to get ENB fully functional but I'm running into the following problem:
